I am in search of original pigment jars for the pigments I have in the holiday vials. I make too much of a mess with this small packaging. Does anyone else have this problem?

Ok since when didn't MAC give out samples? I was in a freestanding store a few blocks from my house yesterday, buying a shadow and a lipstick, when I asked for a sample of this pigment.
The MUA got nasty and said " oh we never give out samples, but I'll do it for you"
But then she goes to another MA, whispered something, and never even came back to finish the sale.
Are ALL F.S like that?
